The devastation that supertyphoon Yolanda, the strongest ever recorded on earth, brought upon our countrymen is tremendous. Everyone is coming together to offer relief. Donation drives and relief operations are in place.

Businesses too are doing their part. Profits of these establishments are being set aside for relief through various promos. Let’s all do what we can, as entrepreneurs, consumers, Filipinos.

La Gordita’s Cake For A Cause. “La Gordita Cakes and Pastries will be joining “Yolanda Action Weekend” on Nov. 16 – 17, wherein 20% of our sales from orders will go to the Philippine Red Cross. Nomama. “For the week of November 18 to 30, Nomama will give Php 50.00 for every Nomama Ramen and Php 100.00 for every Wagyu Beef Cheeks ordered to Habitat for Humanity to aide in the rebuilding of homes in Tacloban. Nomama will also pledge 20% of its total sales for the weekend of November 16 and 17 – #YolandaActionWeekend – for the typhoon victims.
